Does everyone attending need a ticket?

Yes, anyone wishing to enter the event must have a ticket or online receipt. Anyone without a reciept, will not be allowed into the event. If someone else bought your ticket, their receipt will allow you to enter.

What time should I arrive?

You will want to arrive at least 20 minutes before class time, to allow for a non stressful registration and settling into your apron and seat.

Do I have to buy tickets online?

No. You can pay with cash or card at the event, but please send an email to Anjl Rodee to reserve seating, as space is limited and we want to make sure to have room for you.

What should I bring to the event?

All supplies are included to create your masterpiece- paint, canvas, brushes and apron. Please wear clothing that you wouldn’t mind getting paint on- the apron doesn’t cover everything! BrushCapades Seattle is not responsible for sat-upon paint drips and the potential messiness of yourself or your neighbor.

We are BYOB, so bring whatever fuels your creativity!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable to another person if I cannot attend?

Yes, your ticket is transferrable, and we do not need to be notified. However, each ticket's code is unique, and duplicate tickets are prohibited. Please instruct the person to use the name that purchased the ticket when checking in at the door.

Will I receive actual tickets in the mail or email?

No, you will not receive “paper tickets” You will receive your Paypal receipt which is what you will use as your ticket. If you do NOT receive your Paypal receipt, you need to contact our office to make sure that your payment was actually processed.

How do I use a discount voucher?

Contact Anjl Rodee to reserve seating, then bring your voucher to class, either a printout or on your app.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the high volume of demand and ticket sales, all ticket sales are final. We have a firm no refund policy and we can only issue credits for cancellations if you email our office with your cancellation with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to Anjl Rodee.
